Use the whole platform as a club or school, or just the logbook as a pilot.

Digital logbook & flight analysis

A personal logbook with ICAO Annex 1 fields, including FSTD time in your totals. Import GPX tracks for 3D playback, flight-phase breakdown and a per-leg summary. Works on its own, or pulls in flights your club recorded for you.

Training

Structured programs built from templates, with task-based progress per student. Instructors sign off lessons with a PIN-protected digital signature; editing a signed lesson invalidates it, so the record can't be altered after the fact.

Reservations & pre-flight

A shared booking calendar with an approval queue. Eligibility checks run per aircraft, ICAO type and currency class at booking time, with an admin override that is recorded. Night windows are shaded according to the home aerodrome. Weight & balance and briefing checklists are built in.

Fleet & members

A fleet registry and a member directory in one place. Each member has a profile with their flights, documents, qualifications and training.

Club duties

Define duty types with credit multipliers, set per-member annual requirements, and run a roster and work log. A completed duty turns into a credited work-log entry, and a dashboard tracks who is on track.

Member billing

A per-member account ledger with a charge breakdown for each flight — flight time, landing fees that vary by aerodrome and weight bracket, and controlled-airspace time. A dashboard shows totals and a negative-balance watchlist; members see their own account.

Documents & qualifications

A document vault for pilots and clubs, with qualification and medical tracking and configurable expiry reminders. Documents can be shared with your club for review.

Maintenance limits

Continuing airworthiness for non-complex aircraft: component lifing and recurring or calendar-based inspection intervals, with the remaining flight time and days computed for each limit and a recorded sign-off when work is done.
